UNIT 1: BUILD YOUR COMMUNITY

We want youth to feel like they are part of a team and a member of a supportive community that wants them to succeed. Creating a space for respectful interactions, honest sharing and collaborative creativity among peers gives youth an opportunity to build and practice their social skills in a safe and inclusive environment. The varsity theme selected for this unit not only encourages a sense of team spirit, but also reminds students that higher education is attainable for all.
